My journey with creating bluprinthr is rooted in a profound belief in the transformative power of people ops (a.k.a human resources). I founded this platform to provide organizations with tailored solutions, underpinned by values that prioritize people, empathy, authenticity, accountability, and leadership at all levels.

My approach is not just research-based and data-driven but is also deeply personal, rooted in the belief that organizations thrive when their people thrive. bluprinthr is not just a consultancy; it's a commitment to crafting bluprints© that guide organizations toward success.

 

I know my stuff! I'm SHRM-SCP certified, have Master's degree in education (which helps me deliver quality training and development),  and over a decade of experience in People Operations. I'm always eager to expand my knowledge, and what I don't know, I commit to investing my time and energy into adding to my extensive knowledge database.

Beyond the professional sphere, I find joy in creating beautiful spaces, manifesting, exploring the world through travel, and cherishing my role as a loving mom, partner, and family member.
